Ali N. Al-Obaid

Mr. Al-Obaid is a Mechanical Engineer with a master’s degree in mechanical engineering from North Carolina State University. He holds various technical degrees including NEBOSH International General Certificate, and is also a certified auditor for ISO Standards 9001, 14001, and 45001.

Mr. Al-Obaid is a Safety Engineer working in KNPC, Mina Alahmadi Refinery, with 8 years experience in the fields of occupational safety, process safety, and HSE training. Having worked in different units and plants of the refinery, Mr. Al-Obaid is focusing his efforts in the development of systems and practices that minimize, and preferably eliminate, human error.
