Zainab Masoud Salem

Zainab holds a Bachelor’s degree in Petroleum Engineering from Kuwait University and graduated from Harvard Business School’s Program for Leadership Development (PLD), Executive Education, in January 2026.

She holds the position of a Senior Process Safety Engineer at Kuwait Oil Company (KOC) with over 16 years of experience leading process safety, risk management, and operational excellence initiatives in the oil and gas sector. Lead major corporate safety improvement programs and contributed to the development of KOC’s Well Integrity Management System & Process Safety Management Teams
