Hassan Adel Awwad

Hassan Adel Awwad is an Industrial Engineer from the American University of the Middle East (AUM), Kuwait. His interests focus on ergonomics, process optimization, statistical analysis, simulation modeling, and operational improvement. He led a five-member capstone research team that conducted a large-scale ergonomic assessment involving 250 material handlers across grocery retail stores in Kuwait, producing evidence-based recommendations with significant cost-saving potential. Hassan is proficient in Minitab, Arena Simulation, and data-driven decision-making, with experience in technical reporting and process improvement. He is passionate about applying industrial engineering principles to enhance workplace safety, operational efficiency, and sustainable organizational performance.
