Eng. Devendra Rathore is a PSM Engineer at Kuwait National Petroleum Company (KNPC). He is a CCPS Certified Process Safety Professional (CCPSC), Chartered Engineer and a Certified Professional Engineer with more than 18 years of experience in Refinery & Petrochemical Operational Risk Management & Process Safety.
He holds Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees in Chemical Engineering with distinctions and an Advanced Diploma in Industrial Safety with distinctions. He is a certified HAZOP Leader & RCA Facilitator at KNPC. Mr. Rathore is an active member of the American Society of Safety Professionals (ASSP) Kuwait Chapter, a life member of Indian Institute of Chemical Engineers (IICHE) and Institution of Engineers India (IEI).
