R. Narasimha Prasad, Project HSE Specialist with more than 14 years of experience in Health, Safety and Environmental management across power transmission and substations, oil and gas, pipelines, soil remediation, process-safety studies, and major infrastructure projects in Kuwait and India.

Currently, I support the HSE management of a major Kuwait Oil Company project involving the construction of two new 132 kV substations and associated 132 kV and 33 kV power-line works. My professional experience includes contractor HSE governance, critical-control verification, permit-to-work systems, risk assessment and risk registers, compliance assurance, HSE audits, incident investigation, workforce training, and field-level implementation of HSE requirements.

I hold an M.Tech in Health, Safety and Environmental Engineering, BE (CSE) and a NEBOSH Level 6 International Diploma. I am also qualified as an ISO 45001:2018 and ISO 9001:2015 Lead Auditor and an OSHA Train-the-Trainer.
Throughout my career, I have focused on translating risk intelligence into practical and visible field controls, strengthening leadership accountability, improving contractor HSE performance, and promoting a proactive safety culture. My approach is centered on ensuring that HSE systems are not limited to procedures and documentation but are effectively translated into safe behaviors and reliable controls at the worksite.
