Salman Burhanuddin is an accomplished HSE Engineer with 13+ years of progressive experience in oil & gas, petrochemical, and refinery operations across Kuwait and India. He holds the prestigious NEBOSH
International Diploma (Level 6) and is a triple ISO Lead Auditor (45001/14001/9001), with demonstrated expertise in HSE management systems, risk assessment, permit-to-work administration, and incident investigation. Currently serving as HSE Engineer at Levare Services Limited, Salman leads HSE implementation on KOC-approved contracts, managing occupational safety risk assessments, JSAs, and the Permit-to-Work system across multiple field operations. His competencies span process safety management, emergency response preparedness, contractor HSE oversight, and regulatory compliance with KOC requirements.
Recognized by the ASSP-Kuwait Chapter for excellent HSE performance, Salman has contributed to over 753,302 safe man-hours across multiple major projects and has been appreciated by leading industry partners including K-Lamor, Tecnicas Reunidas, and Zatco-al-Zafran for consistently delivering outstanding HSE performance.
