Yazeed Saud Almutairi

Yazeed Saud Almutairi is a Saudi HSE professional and independent researcher with more than 15 years of experience in high-risk operational environments. He is the developer of Silent Trigger™, a predictive behavioral framework designed to identify early behavioral changes before risks escalate into incidents. His work focuses on human factors, psychological safety, operational risk, and proactive incident prevention.
He holds a Bachelor of Science in Environmental Health and Safety from Liberty University, graduating Summa Cum Laude. He presented his work at regional and international professional forums and was selected as a finalist for the WPC Energy Excellence Awards 2026. His current work focuses on strengthening the academic and practical validation of the Silent Trigger™ framework across high-risk industries.
